Payment

 

All prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes. Payment for your purchases can be made using credit or debit cards at the checkout, utilising the secure payment service provided by Stripe. We also accept orders and payments over the phone. For phone orders, please call 01403 248 158.

 

Delivery

 

For deliveries within the United Kingdom, we use Royal Mail Tracked 24 as our standard delivery option. Royal Mail has been chosen for its reliability and the lowest reported carbon emissions per parcel among major UK delivery companies. Approximately two-thirds of Royal Mail deliveries are made on foot or through a park and loop method.

 

• Royal Mail Tracked 24: Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days from the date of dispatch. Fully tracked service with predicted day and estimated time of delivery notifications by email. A flat rate of £3.00 applies to this delivery option. Orders over £45 qualify for free postage.

 

• Customer Collect: This option allows you to order and pay online and choose to collect your purchase free of charge.

Dispatch

 

We strive to dispatch your order on the same or the next business day from the date of your purchase, whenever possible.

 

Availability

 

While we aim to stock all the products listed on our website, please note that our products are handmade in small batches and are subject to availability. In certain circumstances, Bee Cosmetics may temporarily withdraw products from sale, including after you have placed an order. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you to discuss alternative options such as delayed delivery, an alternative product, or a refund.

 

Returns and Cancellations

 

We hope that our products meet your expectations. However, if you wish to cancel your order or are unhappy with your purchase, you must return it within 14 working days from the date of delivery. Bee Cosmetics is pleased to offer a refund or exchange (excluding postage costs) provided that the goods are unopened, unused, and in a perfect, re-saleable condition.
