All prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes. Payment for your purchases can be made using credit or debit cards at the checkout, utilising the secure payment service provided by Stripe. We also accept orders and payments over the phone. For phone orders, please call 01403 248 158.

Delivery & Dispatch Information

Dispatch Timing:
Orders placed before 10am, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 10am are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery Service:
We use Royal Mail for deliveries, chosen for its reliability and the lowest reported carbon emissions per parcel among major UK delivery companies. Approximately two-thirds of Royal Mail deliveries are made on foot or through a park and loop method.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Standard Service):

• Flat rate of £3, or free for orders over £45.

• Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days from the date of dispatch.

• Fully tracked service with notifications of predicted delivery day and estimated time of arrival via email.

 

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Upgrade Option):

• A flat rate of £4.50 applies to this delivery option.

• Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days from the date of dispatch.

• Fully tracked service with notifications of predicted delivery day and estimated time of arrival via email.

 

Customer Collect:

Order and pay online, then choose to collect your purchase free of charge from our location.

 

Delivery Area:
We currently only deliver within the UK.

Availability

 

While we aim to stock all the products listed on our website, please note that our products are handmade in small batches and are subject to availability. In certain circumstances, Bee Cosmetics may temporarily withdraw products from sale, including after you have placed an order. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you to discuss alternative options such as delayed delivery, an alternative product, or a refund.

We hope you love our products, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on items purchased directly from us.

Returns Process

• 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a refund.

• How to Start a Return: Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return to begin the process. We’ll provide a link where you can request a returns label.

• Processing Your Refund: Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund, deducting £3 to cover postage costs.

• This policy applies only to items purchased directly through Bee Cosmetics.
