Honey is known for its antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties. It has the natural ability to absorb and retain moisture, which helps to hydrate and moisturise the skin, leaving it feeling soft, smooth and refreshed.

Jojoba oil* is known for its anti-inflammatory, moisturising, and non-comedogenic properties (none-pore blocking). Jojoba oil has a very similar structure to the skin's natural oil, making it easily absorbed and non-greasy.

Calendula oil*, made from marigold flowers, has anti-inflammatory properties making it suitable for dry, sensitive, and irritated skin as it helps soothe and reduce redness. It is also said to stimulate the production of collagen, helping keep the skin firm and plump.

Apricot kernel oil* is rich in vitamins A and E that work together to nourish and protect the skin. Vitamin A helps to improve skin elasticity, texture and tone, while Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant, protecting the skin against free radical damage.

Gently massage around half a teaspoon of the scrub onto damp skin using circular motions with your fingertips, being careful to avoid the eyes and lips.

Rinse thoroughly with warm water, and follow up with your regular moisturiser and/or serum. Use approximately once or twice a week for best results, but avoid using more frequently than this.
