FAQs
We have a very low MOQ of £100. We love to support small-scale sellers and understand that high MOQs can be limiting.
Orders over £300 qualify for free delivery. For orders below £300, we charge a flat delivery fee of £3.
Yes! When you order 4 units or more of the same SKU, we’ll provide a free tester upon request.
For your first order, payment will be required in advance. After this, you’ll benefit from 30-day payment terms for subsequent orders.
We aim to dispatch all stockist orders within 2-4 working days. If you have an urgent request, please let us know, and we’ll do our best!
Absolutely! Some of our retail partners have started collecting empty containers from customers, which we then collect or they send back to us in bulk. This allows us to reuse the packaging while supporting your customers' sustainable efforts. Contact us to discuss how we can integrate this into your business.
