Delivery Service

We use Royal Mail for our deliveries, chosen for its reliable tracked service and lower-carbon delivery network.

Royal Mail has the lowest average CO₂e emissions per parcel among major UK parcel operators, supported by its large “feet on the street” network, where many deliveries are made on foot.

We currently only deliver within the UK.

 

TRACKED DELIVERY

£3.50, or FREE when you spend £40.

Orders are typically packed and posted within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

Your order will be sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually arrives within 3–5 working days once posted.

You’ll receive tracking updates from Royal Mail, including your predicted delivery day and estimated delivery window.

 

EXPRESS UPGRADE

£4.50, or just £2.99 when you spend £40.

Choose our Express Upgrade for priority packing and posting, plus Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery. Express orders are prioritised for dispatch and usually arrive within 1–2 working days once posted.
