Enjoy your favourite Bee Cosmetics products delivered just when you need them—while saving 10% each time. Subscriptions are available across our entire range, excluding Gift Sets and Soaps.
Managing Your Subscription
1. Log In
Access your account using the same email address you used to place your orders. For security, you’ll receive a quick verification code by email—no password required.
2. Your Account Page
Head to your Account Page to see your order history and subscription details.
3. Manage Subscriptions
Select Manage Subscriptions to view and update everything—from delivery frequency and product choices to payment and address details.
Our subscriptions are fully flexible. If you need to stop or take a break, you can cancel or pause anytime. Simply select ‘Cancel Subscription’ or ‘Pause Subscription’ — and if paused, you can easily reactivate it whenever you’re ready.
Got plenty of stock? Skip your next delivery and pick things up again when you need them. Just select ‘Skip Order’ and your next scheduled delivery will be skipped.
Running low? You don’t have to wait. Select ‘I Need My Order Now’ and we’ll dispatch your order right away so you never miss a day of skincare.
Choose a schedule that works best for you. You can fully customise how often your subscription arrives — right down to the number of days between each order. Just select ‘Edit Frequency’ and set the timing that suits your routine.
Need to change the date of your next order? Select ‘Reschedule’ and pick a new date. Please note this is the order placement date, not the delivery date — so allow a few days after for your products to arrive.
Tailor your subscription to your routine. Add your favourites, remove items you no longer need, or include one-off purchases to save on postage. Select ‘Add Product’ and either add another subscription product or a one-time item — just search and add it to your order.
Moving house or changing card details? You can easily update your billing and delivery information in your account to make sure your products always reach you on time.
