Dispatch Timing:

Orders are typically dispatched the same or next working day.

 

Delivery Service:

We use Royal Mail for deliveries, chosen for its reliability and the lowest reported carbon emissions per parcel among major UK delivery companies. Approximately two-thirds of Royal Mail deliveries are made on foot or through a park and loop method. 

Tracked Delivery (Standard Service)

  • Flat rate of £3.50, or free for orders over £45.
  • Royal Mail Tracked service, typically arriving within 3–5 business days.
  • Fully tracked with notifications of your predicted delivery day and estimated time of arrival via email. 

 

Express Tracked Delivery (Upgrade Option)

  • A flat rate of £4.50 applies to this delivery option.
  • Royal Mail Tracked service, typically arriving within 1–3 business days.
  • Fully tracked with notifications of your predicted delivery day and estimated time of arrival via email.
